OPERATIVITA’ DEL SISTEMA TELEMATICO DOGANALE NELLA GIORNATA DEL 31 DICEMBRE 2018

si allega circolare dell’Agenzia delle Dogane relativa all’operatività del sistema doganale informatico nella giornata del 31 Dicembre 2018.

” Per effettuare le consuete operazioni di chiusura di fine anno il 31 dicembre dalle ore 11.00 non sarà più possibile inviare dichiarazioni con sdoganamento telematico (file di tipo R). Gli invii saranno nuovamente accolti dalle ore 01.00 del 1 gennaio 2019 “

please find attached the official communication received from the Custom Agency regarding the closing time of informatic system during the day 31st December 2018.

” The deadline to send custom declarations is at 11.00 a.m., after this time all the custom operations will be done on the 1st of January 2019 “

la presente per informarVi che la nave Salammbo è prevista arrivare a Genova domani 22/12  intorno alle ore 17:00 circa.

Tutte le operazioni doganali verranno effettuate lunedì 24/12.

la presente per informarVi che il varco di uscita  San Benigno in data 24/12 sarà aperto sino alle ore 20.00 mentre in data 31/12 resterà aperto sino alle ore 18:00 .

ETA SALAMMBO 15/12

la presente per informarVi che la nave Salammbo è prevista ormeggiare a Genova questo pomeriggio 15/12 alle ore 17:00 circa.

I documenti di transito T1, senza posta-nave al seguito, saranno disponibili al varco di San Benigno presso l’ufficio export di Saimare sino alle ore 16:00.

I documenti di transito per i mezzi con posta-nave al seguito e le bolle doganali d’importazione, saranno depositati al varco lunedì mattina 17/12.

we hereby inform you that the vessel Salammbo is scheduled to arrive in Genoa port this afternoon (15/12) at around 05:00 pm.

The T1 documents, without ship bag, will be available at San Benigno gate, in Saimare export dept until 04 pm.

The T1 documents for the trailers with ship bag and the import custom documents, will be delivered at the gate monday morning.

la presente per informarVi che la nave Superfast Baleares è prevista arrivare a Genova oggi 13/12  intorno alle ore 20:30/21:00 circa.

Tutte le operazioni doganali verranno effettuate domani venerdi’ 14/12.
